While residential treatment is not the right path for every family, there are times when it is absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, the Panhandle and surrounding areas still lack adequate options for adolescents who need this level of care.
In these cases, families often turn to out-of-town residential treatment programs. These programs can provide the structured environment and intensive support that some youth need to take their first steps toward healing and recovery.
