CARE's Grant Community Events & Projects

Fred Levin Way Foundation

For two consecutive years, we have been honored to receive grant support to participate in the annual Fred Levin Way Festival. Thanks to the generosity of the Fred Levin Way Foundation, our organization has distributed over 3,000 journals, pencils, pens, stickers, and resource pamphlets—small but meaningful reminders to our youth that they are the authors of their own stories.

2025 LEGAL GRAFFITI WITH zarzaur law

February nonprofit of the month

Thank you for your generosity and support to empower youth through substance use education, awareness, and support, helping teens build a substance-free future filled with purpose and promise.

2024 Sunday's Child Grant

We’re excited to share the full grant details for our project "Empower." With this $20,000 grant, we will create a powerful video highlighting the impact of the drug epidemic on Pensacola Bay area teenagers, featuring real stories from affected students and families. By December 2025, we aim to reach Escambia County middle and high school students and their families, promoting crucial information on substance abuse and healthy coping mechanisms.

2024 Sportsmen Givin' Back Grant

Thanks to the generous donation from our friends at Sportsmen Givin' Back, we can continue to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth, young adults, and families in our community.

Your support, Sportsmen Givin' Back, is instrumental in helping us expand our reach and enhance the effectiveness of our programs. Together, we’re creating opportunities, fostering resilience, and making a real difference.

From all of us at Hope Above Fear, thank you for believing in our mission and investing in our community’s future!
